Oversight of 3rd party vendors in their ongoing service delivery, including system compliance with benefit plan eligibility rules, identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies.Reconcile invoicing to ensure accuracy in vendor billing. ![]() Audit monthly benefit census reports for all vendors and ensure proper monthly administration of 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts. Oversee benefit transmittal files to vendors/carriers and payroll system and partner with HR Operations to resolve discrepancies. Ensure accuracy of data through routine audits and validations.Responsibilities may include oversight of all communications to employees and HR, cost analysis, and oversight of carrier files. Support the annual global renewal process.Solid understanding and ability to manage vendor relationships, benefit plans, compliance and a general interest in other aspects of HR for a rapidly growing tech company.Experience with Canada, U.K., Netherlands and German benefits, considered an asset.Experience with 5500 filing, ACA and 1095 reporting. Minimum 4 years experience in global benefits administration and compliance, focusing on U.S. ![]()
